FAQ & Terms

All jewelry is made here in the United States (USA). All jewelry making material and components are sourced through businesses within the United States. We do not purchase from, manufacture or hire companies overseas. Some exceptions are chains and details made in Italy and are stated in the item description with an "Italy" stamp on the piece.

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking in secure packaging within a bubble mailer. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages. Custom fine jewelry pieces are shipped with insurance upon agreed carrier. International shipping are subject to current rates provided at check out. You are responsible for any duty/custom fees within your country.

Majority of our jewelry are made to order; therefore, all sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges.

Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, tanning, exercising, gardening, cleaning with chemicals, and heavy lifting. Apply lotions/creams and makeup prior to putting on your jewelry. We recommend trinket/ring dishes placed in various spots throughout your home such as nightstand, kitchen, and bathroom counter.

Clean fine metal jewelry at least once a month with warm soapy water & soft toothbrush with the exception of some pieces with stones like opal & turqu. If unsure please contact us.

Bracelets: For best fitting, measure your wrist with a flexible measuring tape (in inches) or a strip of paper (then measure the paper) where you would normally wear your bracelet. Please take into consideration how snug or loose you like to wear your bracelets when measuring.

Rings: We highly recommend visiting your local jeweler to size your finger(s). This is typically free of charge.

Some pieces are ready to ship next business day unless otherwise specified in the listing. If you have a specific deadline, please contact us and let us know. In rare cases we may request that you pay for upgraded shipping in order to receive your order in time. 

Contact us if you have a design in mind. We will let you know if it can be done within our design aesthetic! Don't hesitate to ask.

Often times our stones are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. We recommend insurance on any fine jewelry pieces and/or focal stone in the event that it is damaged or has fallen from its setting.

Your insurance company will want a current appraisal on your piece(s). For this service we highly recommend India Earheart at JewelAppraisals.com.

Please be aware designs may vary slightly due to natural variation in gemstones/wood and in rare situations, special sizing.

Please take into consideration colors may appear slightly different in photos with each electronic device. We photograph everything in natural lighting to capture as close to exactly what it looks like to the naked eye.
 

We are happy to clean your beautiful jewelry at no cost, please contact us to set up an appt.

To keep the integrity of your beaded jewelry and to lessen the chances of breakage (and losing any beads), we recommend you have them re-strung about every 2-3 years depending on how often you wear it. Please contact us to discuss re-stringing options.

Out of consideration for the environment Padova Jewelry does not include a paper receipt in your online order. But, at checkout you are provided one via e-mail. Thank you for understanding!
